| 摘 要： | 1999年的农村电力管理体制改革解决了当时农电管理和发展中的一些突出问题，对农村电力产生了积极深刻的影响，促进了农电事业的整体发展。但是，随着农村经济的改革和发展，农村电力管理体制不利于农村发展的新变化，其深层次问题和矛盾逐渐暴露出来，研究分析农村电力管理及体制改革，对于我国农村经济和农村电力的持续发展非常重要。本文详细分析了农村电力管理的方式及体制，提出了农村电力管理体制改革的建议。

| Abstract: | Rural power management system reform started in 1999 settled some important problems occeured during rural power administration and development.The profound influence has been exerted on rural power.It boosted the overall development of rural electricity.But with the reform and development of rural economy,some issues and contradictions appeared because of rural power management system's harmful effects for rural development.It is important and necessary to research the problems of rural power management system reform to the sustainable development of rural economy and rural power in China.The paper analyzed the management styles and the status of rural power management system.It provided suggestion forthe reform of rural power management system. |
