| 摘 要： | 《全国城镇体系规划(2006-2020)》确定了新时期我国城镇化的发展方针和以长江三角洲、珠江三角洲、京津冀以及北部湾等多个城镇群为核心的全国城镇空间布局。北部湾城镇群的发展对实现我国与东盟地区的协调发展、实现西部大开放战略具有重要的意义。北部湾的发展要立足国家战略,立足资源环境的承载能力,立足基础设施先行,真正成为科学发展示范区。

| Abstract: | “Nationwide Urban System Planning (2006-2020)” has established the developing policies of urbanization of our country in the new period,and the nationwide spatial layout of urban clusters centering around Changjiang River Delta,Zhujiang River Delta,Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,and Beibu Gulf. The development of urban clusters of Beibu Gulf is fairly significant for implementing the coordinated development of China-ASEAN,and the strategy for the development of the western regions. The development of Beibu Gulf should be based on national strategies,the bearing capacity of resources and environment,and the priority of infrastructure construction. Thus Beibu Gulf is to become scientific development demonstration areas. |
