| 摘 要： | 针对当前理工科院校法学专业实习存在的问题，采用与国外法学实习比较研究的方法，分析了中外实习模式的差别，在借鉴国外先进的实践教学经验的基础上，对法学专业实习模式及运行机制进行了初步探索，结果表明：必须对现行的实习模式进行改革，以提高学生的实践能力。

| Abstract: | In view of the existing problems in the law major practice in science universities, the paper analyzes the differences in modes of law major practice between China and foreign countries by comparative studies. By taking reference from the advanced teaching experience of other countries, the author explores the pattern and operating mechanism of law major practice. The result indicates that it is essential to reform the current practice in order to improve students＇ practice abilities. |
