试论通过金融途径支持西藏民营经济发展的对策

西藏民营经济已成为推动我区经济持续、健康发展的生力军和新的经济增长点,其发展壮大离不开金融业的大力支持,但当前我区民营企业在融资方面还存在瓶颈,因此,西藏金融业在实践商业化经营过程中应坚持以市场为导向,创新思路和措施,把民营企业列为信贷支持的着力点,在有力支持我区民营经济发展的同时,自身效益也将得到相应提高,达到银行和企业双赢的目的。

Countermeasure of Supporting the Development of Tibetan Private Economy through the Financial Way

The private economy in Tibet has already become and promoted the economy of this region to be sustained, the fresh combatants of sound development and new point of growth. Its development is due to financial support, but at present the enterprises run by the local people of Tibet still have bottlenecks in financing. Therefore, Tibetan financial circles should insist on taking market as the direction in the course of practicing commercialization to deal in, innovate thinking and measure, classify the enterprise run by the local people as the impetus of the credit aid, support our private economy in the region effectively. Its own benefit will be improved correspondingly too and therefore achieving win-win purpose for both the bank and the enterprises.
