| 摘 要： | 咨访关系是一种特殊的人际互动过程。与西方众多流派所提倡的咨访关系相比,中国传统文化对于咨访关系的解读突出了本土的特色,如儒家提倡的人际互动是一种权威、指导型的模式,而道家注重引导、合作,佛家的解释则是体现出助人、智慧的咨访互动模式。综合而言,在传统文化影响下,咨访关系的建立须注意仁爱共情、推己及人以及咨询师的主导地位。
