| 摘 要： | 罗尔斯通过对“无知的面纱”和“原初状态”的设计,最终推出了正义的两条根本原则。通过对罗尔斯的“无知之幕”、“原初状态”及其两个正义原则的分析,指出了罗尔斯对社会契约论的继承与发展,对于政治哲学从自由问题向平等问题转换,对于政治哲学在自由的基础上解决平等问题具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Rawls deduced the two basic principles of justice by designing "veil of ignorance" and "the original position".By analyzing those concepts,this article points out that Rawls was not only a successor of the theory of social contract,but also developed it.He tried to solve the question of equality on the basis of freedom. |
