中部地区实现新跨越的困境与出路——基于经济发展评价指标体系的分析

经济发展包括经济发展速度、经济发展质量和经济发展效益。通过运用经济发展指标评价体系，对中部经济发展水平进行多角度的比较分析，结果表明：新世纪以来中部地区自身发展迅速，但与东部、西部和东北地区相比，依然相对滞后，中部崛起是一个迫切而又长期的战略任务。探索农业现代化＋新型工业化＋新型城镇化路子，依靠科技创新和人力资本“两大内生动力”，大力培育特色农业产业群与农产品加工产业群，坚持走中国特色农业现代化道路是中部崛起的出路所在。

The Plight and Prospect of New Economic Development Leap in the Central China——Based on the analysis of the economic development evalution system

This paper firstly makes a conception of the economoic development and the evaluation criteria system, secondly makes a relatively-faceted analysis of the economic development of the Central China region,by using the criteria system of evaluation of economic development, and finally comes to a conclusion that the Central China region is still in the plight of economic development, the Centrat China rising is an urgent and long-term strategic mission, and some suggestions regarding the current financial crisis are made.
