| 摘 要： | 从以人为本执政理念新视角重新审视苏联解体、苏共垮台的原因可知,苏共在执政理念上背离了"以人为本",在实践上表现为未能切实保障好人们的经济、政治和文化权益。由此可以得出一条重要教训:共产党执政必须牢固树立以人为本的执政理念。而落实以人为本执政理念必须从经济、政治、文化等各方面着手。

| Abstract: | Communist Party of the Soviet Union has departed from "humanist" in the governing concept.In practice,this performance is that Communist Party of the Soviet Union has not been able to safeguard masses'politics and cultural rights and interests.Communist party being in power must reliably set up the governing concept of the human-oriented.Carrying out the governing concept of the human-oriented must begin from economy,politics,culture and various aspects. |
