On the Heads of Township,Town and Baojia in the Period of Nanjing National Government |

| Abstract: | In the period of the Nanjing National Government,for a variety of reasons,local tyrants and evil gentry pursued the most positions of the heads of township,town and baojia.They had poor quality and committed evil acts,thus weakening the rule of GMD to a great extent in the rural area. |
