| 摘 要： | 屈伯川,共和国杰出的老一辈无产阶级革命家和教育家,从事高等教育工作半个多世纪,在长期的高等教育实践中,形成了一套全面系统的高等教育思想体系。从宏观的角度研究他的高等教育战略思想,主要体现在高屋建瓴"835"建言,提出重点大学建设建议;主张合理配置教育资源,调整高等教育结构;对各类高校分类管理和指导、扩大高等学校办学自主权;倡导高等教育多样化办学形式,提高高校办学活力;大力发展地方高等院校和高等职业教育,培养地方经济发展所需人才等超前性的教育理念,他的高等教育战略思想具有前瞻性和开创性的特点,为中国高等教育发展做出了重要的开拓性贡献。
