中小城市电视台内部管理机制的改革与创新

Reform and Innovation of the TV Station's Internal Management in the Small and Medium-sized Cities

Now, we are trying to carry on the cultural system reform in the whole country, which will become a historical opportunity for TV station in the small and medium-sized cities. So This paper, from the reform of ten internal manage m ent, such as income distribution, selecting suitable materials and choosing the right person, gives some advice about how to set up and perfect the management s ystem on the basis of combination of theory and practice in order to realize its sustainable development.
