| 摘 要： | 培养学生创新能力 ,首先要求教师必须具有高等教育人才培养的创新理念 ,在教学活动中贯彻培养学生创新能力的教学原则。从三方面阐述了高等教育人才培养的创新理念 ,提出培养学生创新能力的教学原则及教学措施。
