幼儿园教师共情研究现状与展望

摘    要:本研究回顾了共情的概念,梳理了目前国内外幼儿园教师共情研究的现有成果,分析幼儿园教师共情研究存在的不足,指出未来研究应着重细化共情发生情境,明确共情指向对象;探究内部影响因素,重视中观环境影响;融合多种研究方法,开发特色测量工具;将共情纳入选拔培训体系,探究具体共情策略。

Research on the Status and Prospect of Preschool Teachers' Empathy

Abstract:his study reviews the concept of empathy,sorts out the current achievements of the empathy research of preschool teachers at home and abroad,and analyzes the shortcomings of current research.It points out that future research should focus on refining empathy situations and clarifying empathy objects; explore internal influencing factors,attach importance to the environmental impact of the Middle View; integrate multiple research methods,develop characteristic measurement tools; incorporate empathy into the selection training system,and explore specific empathy strategies.
