广东服务业国际竞争力的评价与对策分析

进入 2 1世纪以来 ,广东三次产业结构趋于合理 ,服务业对经济增长的贡献作用增强。但由于长期以来倚重于制造业的发展战略取向 ,广东经济持续增长的结构性矛盾凸现。通过对服务业总体竞争力和结构竞争力的评价分析 ,结果显示 ,虽然广东服务业在总量、规模上位居全国前列 ,但综合竞争力较弱 ,与国内服务业竞争力较强的其他省市比较 ,综合排名位于中下游水平。服务业内部结构竞争力提升的速度缓慢 ,在某些行业出现停滞不前甚至倒退现象 ,必须采取相应政策措施提升服务业国际竞争力。

The Appraisal and Countermeasure Analysis of the International Competitiveness of Service Industry in Guangdong

Entering the 21st century, the three-industry structure of Guangdong become more and more rational, and the contribution to the economic growth of service industry is strengthened. But for relying on the development strategy of the manufacturing industry for a long time, the structural contradiction of sustainable economic development of Guangdong is shown. After appraising and analyzing the total competitiveness and structure competitiveness of service industry, the result indicates that though occupying the leading place in the whole country in total amount and scale, Guangdong has weaker synthesized competitiveness, and its comprehensive rank lies in the midstream and downstream level compared with other domestic provinces and cities. The promoting speed on competitiveness of internal structure in service industry is slow and even go backwards in some industries, so that we must take the corresponding policies and measures to promote the international competitiveness of service industry.
