人力资源绩效管理系统创建探析

摘    要:绩效考核是人力资源管理的关键环节,传统的绩效考核在实践中存在着许多问题,导致其理论价值在实施中得不到显现。通过分析绩效考核实践中存在的问题,提出应改变传统绩效考核模式,建立全面绩效管理系统的观点。并应用PDCA循环,提出了一个易于实现的、高效的人力资源绩效管理系统。

Abstract:Performance appraisal is a key component in Human Resources Management.There are many problems with traditional performance appraisal practice.By analyzing these problems in performance appraisal practice,the paper proposes to change the traditional model and establish a comprehensive performance apprais- al management system.In light of the PDCF cycle,the paper proposes a performance management system that is easy to operate and efficient in practice.
