| 摘 要： | 为了解东西部农村地区教师队伍建设的状况与差异,寻求加强教师队伍建设的对策,对江苏省和甘肃省的2954名教师进行了调查。调查表明,东西部农村地区教师队伍建设均存在一定的问题,东西部需从实际出发加强教师队伍建设;同时,东西部农村地区教师队伍各存优点,经验的相互学习和借鉴可促进不同地区教师队伍的建设与发展。

| Abstract: | The paper analyses problems existing in organization of teacher team in rural areas based on a survey of 2954 teachers from Jiangsu and Gansu Provinces. The analysis concludes that there are problems existing in both provinces, and the two provinces should learn from each other in advancing organization of teacher team in rural areas. |
