| 摘 要： | 工程项目控制的三大目标——质量、进度和成本三者之间相互制约,相互影响,形成一个相互关联的、对立的统一工程链。如果链中任何目标发生变化,必将引起三者关系的整体失衡,给项目带来不利影响。因此,本文将在工程进度有保证的情况下,对工程项目管理中质量控制和成本控制的协调关系进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | The three goals of project control are quality,time and cost.There occur inter-restriction and inter-inference among these three aspects,which form a correlative antagonistic unity.The change in any part of them will lead to unbalance of the unity and bring about negative influence on the project.The coordinative relation between quality control and cost control are discussed by assuring the project schedule well under control. |
