| 摘 要： | 历史上不同地区人们对生育重要性的一致认识构成了两性社会差异的滥觞,生育逐渐由生理行为转变为社会行为。历史上西南少数民族由于社会剩余财富的积累不高,社会公共物品短缺,社会内外分层均不明朗,在两性的生理差异向社会差异异化的过程中,社会尚未完全达到以刻板观念设计性别的程度。只要两性的生理差异还存在,女性在生育劳动上的主要负担不变,女性的职业发展前景就很难像男性一样宽广。
