协同视域下高校工会组织参与思想政治工作路径研究

高校工会组织的教育职能,要求其与高校思想政治教育之间的关系应互相补充、相互促进。高校工会的参与能促使高校思想政治教育主体之间,坚持共享互补、分担互赢的原则,发挥协同育人的作用。通过注重顶层设计、提升工作服务、提高思想认识、理顺工作关系、加强文化建设,把对“教师的思想工作”传导到对“学生的思想政治教育”中去,既完成高校“三全育人”的闭环,又切实提升育人效果和影响力。

Research on the Way of University Trade Unions'Participating in Ideological and Political Education Work from the Perspective of Cooperation

The educational functions of the trade unions in universities require complementary relationship and mutual enhancement with the ideological and political education.The participation of trade unions in universities can promote the ideological and political education subjects to adhere to the principle of sharing and mutual win and play the role of coordinated education.Through top-level design,work service upgrading,ideological understanding improvement,smooth working relationship,strengthened culture construction,trade unions in universities can transmit the“ideological and political work of teachers”to the“ideological and political education of students”.As a result,we can establish the closed-loop of education by“all members,overall process,comprehensiveness”and effectively improve the effect and influence of cooperative education.
