| 摘 要： | 清前期地方经费的变迁经历了体制外收入、制度化的地方经费,到最后再度失控的发展历程。地方经费的赢缩关乎经济的发展。清前期经济由复苏到繁荣再到衰退,可以从地方经费的流变中管窥一二。

| Abstract: | Local funds in early Qing Dynasty witnessed the pattern of development from revenue outside the system to institutional- ized funds,then again out of control. Local funds relates to development of economy. From the change of local funds,we can account for the economic vicissitude in Early Qing Dynasty. |
