| 摘 要： | 面对中国经济发展中资源需求的爆炸式增长,主要来自经济发展的阶段性、产业结构调整的转型性、粗放型增长方式,承受了巨大的国内外压力,并付出了巨大的代价,在现代市场主导型模式的指引下,中国经济实现高消耗向低消耗的增长模式转变势在必行。但短期经济增长和长期提高经济增长质量的目标与政府自身的角色定位始终是一个两难的选择。打破窘境的出路在于:更新发展理念,优化经济结构,促进节能、减排,依靠科技进步,深化体制改革。

| Abstract: | The explosion style that resource needs in facing Chinese economic growth has increased by,the rotate type nature,rough type coming from economic growth stage,industrial restructuring mainly has increased way,has born gigantic home and abroad pressure and price,Chinese economy realizes high consumption guided by modern marketplace leading factor type pattern,being imperative to the low consumption increase pattern change.But the short-term economic growth quality target and that self's role of government fixes position is in a dilemma choosing all the time.The way out breaking awkward situation is lain in Renewal development i- dea,optimizes the economic sturcture,promotes energy conservation,the subtraction row,depends on an ad- vance of science and technology,deepens an institutional reform. |
