黑龙江省高等教育发展的思考

国家的竞争是人才的竞争已经是不争的事实,而且人才的竞争主要是高级人才的竞争。由于高等教育是各类高级人才的摇篮,因此,归根结底人才的竞争是高等教育的竞争。黑龙江省高等教育有比较优良的传统和雄厚的基础,尤其自1999年以来,抢抓机遇,乘势而上,出现了前所未有的大好形势,进入了历史发展最好的时期。本文根据我省高教发展目前面临的一些问题,提出高等教育发展中准确定位、办学特色、发展师资、深化改革和推行评估的几点思考。

Reflection on the Development of Higher Education of Heilongjiang

It is self-evident that the competition between countries is the one between qualified personnel,espe- cially between qualified personnel of high-level.Higher education is the cradle of all kinds of qualified personnel, so it is the essence of the competition.Higher Education of Heilongjiang has a good tradition and strong foundation. Since 1999,opportunities have been made full use of and a bright future is shown.Higher education of Heilongjiang has stepped into the best development stage of the history.According to the problems that our provincial higher edu- cation is facing,this thesis makes a reflection in the development of higher education on precise location,features of universities,resources of teachers,reform strengthening and assessment advocating.
