康熙帝对蒙古地区的治理

康熙帝总结努尔哈赤、皇太极时期对蒙古族实行的政策,继续不断完善,实行了一系列对蒙古各部＂讲究策略,治则抚绥＂的政策。通过推行盟旗会盟制度、北巡制度,首创年班围班制度;执行了封爵赏赐、振济救灾等措施;尊重宗教信仰、制定系列政策等。有效地对蒙古族进行了治理,对团结少数民族,稳定周边地区起了积极的作用,对清王朝的长治久安作出很大贡献,其意义是极其深远的。

Governance of Emperor Kang Xi to Mongolian Area

Emperor Kang Xi carried out some Mongolian pohcies with tacncs and pacifism to base on the policies of Nuerhachi and Huangtaiji in Mongolian area. With the constant perfection and development, Kang Xi implemented some measures about peerage, relief and assistance, respecting religious belief by the institution of alliance, northern tours, Nianban and Weiban, to achieve the effective management of Mongolian. The implementation of these measures played a positive role as to unite the ethnic groups, to stabilize and strengthen surrounding area, which had a great contribution to Qing dynasty for lasting political stability and showed a profound significance.
