| Abstract: | Since liberation, the practice of the Party's ethnic policies in Q inghai has made marked progress. The paper discusses the foundation of autonomou s region, the development of ethnic economy, the training of ethnic carders and the education development for ethnic minorities. It also puts forward some count ermeasures on the problems during the practice process. |
