| 摘 要： | 针对交易信用对电子商务C2C在线交易模式发展的制约问题，采用案例实证的方法，分析了eBay易趣网信任体系的优势与不足，提出通过严谨的规则设计、严格实名认证和有序信用评价等手段建设网络交易诚信。研究结果为完善和优化C2C在线交易信任体系提供新思路。 |

| Abstract: | Because of the credit problems restraining the development of C2C online trading patterns, with empirical methods, through researching the strengths and weaknesses of eBay trust system, the ways are put forward of precise design of rules, rigorous authentication of the real name and orderly credit appraise and so on in order to construct the business formality of the network, Results can offer ideas for improving and optimizing the C2C trust in online trading system. |
