| 摘 要： | 首先阐述中国共产党从人民群众是历史的创造者这一马克思主义唯物史观出发 ,高度重视人民群众的实践在中国革命和建设中的巨大推动作用 ,在领导工作中创造了一整套中国特色的基本领导方法。在此基础上通过对党的基本领导方法的内容和运作进行分析 ,得出结论 :在新的历史时期 ,党的基本领导方法的出发点和归宿就是代表最广大人民群众的根本利益

| Abstract: | According to Marxist masses point that masses cr eate the history, the Communist Party pays great attention to the masses' practice which plays importa nt roles in the revolution and the building in our country and has created a ser ies of primary leading methods with Chinese characteristics By analyzing of th o se content and operation of those primary leading methods, we can draw a conclus ion that the starting point and the end-result of the Communist Party's primary leading methods are the represent of the basic interests of the broad masses of the people |
