| Abstract: | Based on the new characteristics of science and technology, culture, economics and society of our country, and influence on the graduated students, as well as the administrative characters for the cultivation of graduated students of university, it is put forward that the man-oriented administrative management sense must be built up for the cultivation of graduated students to improve administrative effectiveness, and promote the cultivation of graduated students. |
