浅谈现代慈善事业在中国的发展

我国的现代慈善事业是在改革开放后兴起的，其发展尚处于起步阶段。面对已经具备的现实基础、巨大的发展空间以及发展中面临的种种问题，应该从以下几个方面来发展现代慈善事业：加快慈善立法，转变政府在慈善事业中的角色，大力宣传并发扬慈善文化以及建立相应的激励和监督机制。

Discussion on Development of the Modern Charity Cause in China

The modem Charity Cause in China has developed since the Reform and Opening policy. At present, it is still at the beginning period. Confronted with the current situation, the broad space for devdopment and the problems that have already occurred, this thesis puts forward the following measures to develop the modern Charity Cause in China： speed up the legislation, change the role played by the government in the Charity Cause, propagate the charity culture and set up the system of stimulation and supervision.
