试谈女性在构建和谐社区中的作用及障碍

文章从社区建设与女性发展的角度分析了在当前中国社区建设中，女性在培育社区精神、融洽邻里关系、社区救助等发挥着重要的作用，但目前体制中及女性自身的一些问题也阻碍了其在社区建设中充分发挥作用。只有通过继续推动女性的社区参与，动员女性资源，提高女性素质，才能在推动社区和谐发展过程的同时解决妇女问题，促进女性成长。

On Women＇s Role and Obstacles in Building of the Harmonious Community

In the current community building in China, Women is playing an important role in the nurturing of community spirit, friendly neighbors and community assistance. On the other hand, some of the problems in the current system and problems of women themselves have also hindered women＇s construcfion in the community to play a full role. Only by continuing to promote women＇s participation in community, mobilizing female resources and improving the quality of women, we can promote the harmonious community at the same time solving the problems of women and promote growth of women.
