| 摘 要： | 以生态系统理论为基础，采用质性研究方法，基于对北京华奥打工子弟学校学生的16例个案访谈，揭示了部分北京流动儿童对北京的评价和看法，以及相应的外部影响因素。研究发现流动儿童对于北京的评价整体上是积极的，影响此评价的微观因素包括同伴、家庭、学校等方面，而这些根源于宏观环境。为改善流动儿童的生活和受教育状况，从学校社会工作角度提出了建议。

| Abstract: | The paper reveal the impression and valuation to Beijing of some part of current children in Beijing and analyze the reason based on 16 cases of students in Hua Ao school of Beijing by using qualitative research method within the leading of ecological system theory. It is found that the most part of current children have positive valuation to Beijing in the main and the facts of micro-system affecting it include mainly the relationship of peer, family and school. However, the effect from macro-system is essential. To improve the condition of life and education of current children the paper especially provide some practicable proposal in term of social work in school. |
