大学生人际交往障碍的个案社会工作介入

摘    要:个案工作以助人自助为核心价值观,强调个别化、平等、接纳等原则,本文运用专业的理论、方法和技巧介入人际交往障碍的大学生,协助其走出困境,使其社会功能得到恢复和发展。文章选取了江苏省某大学三年级的学生朱某作为典型个案,从情感、认知、行为和环境四个方面进行介入。

Abstract:The case work takes helping people to help themselves as a core value, and emphasizes the principle of individual, equal, accept and so on. In this article, we make use of the professinnal theories, methods and techniques to intervene the university students whom involved handicap of interpersonal relationship, in order to dig themselves out of a hole, then recover and develop their social function. In this article, we select a junior whose surname is Zhu in some university in Jiangsu province to be a typical case, and intervene from four aspects of emotion, cognition, behavior, and environment.
