优势视角反思残疾人服务——以某康复实验学校的个案为例

我国有八千三百多万残疾人，涉及2.6亿家庭人口。促进残疾人事业发展，改善残疾人状况，已成为全面建设小康社会和构建社会主义和谐社会一项重要而紧迫的任务。目前社会上存在一定程度对残疾人的偏见，甚至相关服务机构的工作人员也从问题或者缺陷的消极视角去看待他们。本文希望结合实践中的观察和行动介入的经验，从优势视角反思残疾人服务。

The Reconsidering of Service of Disability in the Strengths Perspective --Take the Practice of a Recovery and Education School as an Example

Our country has more than 83,000,000 disabled people, involving 260,000,000 family populations. Promoting the enterprise of disabled people and improving the situation of the disabled people has been an important and urgent task of building China into a moderately prosperous society and constructing socialism harmonious society. There are some prejudices of disabled people at present in certain degree, and even the workers in related organizations also judge them from the angel of problems or negative view sight. This article hope to reconsider the service of disabled people in the Strengths Perspective in Social Work, involving the observation and experience of practice.
