| 摘 要： | 本文首先对个案管理的发展历程与内涵进行了简要分析和说明。接着结合国际经验，在理论和实践分析的基础上提出在禁毒社会工作领域引入个案管理模式的可行性和必要性。然后论述了个案管理的实施体系，重点探讨了个案管理工作流程与资源网络的构建。

Secondly, discusses the possibility and necessary about the application of case management model in the field of social work for drug abuse based on the basis of theory, placement analysis and international experience. Moreover, this article explores the case management implementation system, especially focuses on its workflow and building of resource network. |
