| 摘 要： | 美国芝加哥学派创立的人类生态学是研究城市形成、结构、发展的重要视角。基于这一视角研究早期的天津市发现：天津在政治、军事因素的作用下进入城市发展轨道，在竞争和共生等因素的作用下形成了城内一城外生态模式。这一研究对天津的发展、中国的城市化和人类生态学理论完善有重要意义。
