| 摘 要： | 管理学理论研究经历了古典管理理论、行为科学和现代管理理论三个发展阶段,其研究方法也经历了工业工程、心理学社会学及多样性的发展阶段,特别是现代系统论、信息论、控制论、数学、统计学、经济学等研究方法出现,极大的丰富了管理科学研究。
