| 摘 要： | 大学德育是一个需要智慧也呼唤智慧的教育领域。德育优化是指对构成德育的主要因素进行有效的组织与管理,使各种有利的影响形成合力,以实现德育的预期目标。大学德育优化主要包括德育主体性优化、德育目标的优化、德育内容的优化、德育环境的优化、德育过程的优化、德育途径的优化等方面。
