现代林业理论发展与公益林可持续经营策略

本文通过对现代林业理论的分析来探索公益林可持续经营策略。通过对7种主要现代林业理论特点和适用范围的分析，认为：实施分类经营是实现林业可持续发展的必要途径;森林可持续经营是公益林经营的根本原则和目标;而近自然林业、森林生态系统经营和生态林业是实现公益林可持续经营的技术措施。公益林可持续经营应通过合理的林业用地规划、持续森林多种产品生产、合理营林技术、关注生态保护和公众利益、强化组织管理、完善制度保障、贯彻森林可持续经营标准和指标、加强科技支撑几方面途径来实现。

Development of Modern Forestry Theories and Strategies of Sustainable Management of Ecological Forests

This paper aims to probe the strategies for sustainable management of ecological forests by modern forestry theories.Through analysis of the characteristics and suitability of the seven main modern forestry theories,it points out that the differentiated forest management is one of the essential ways towards sustainable forestry development,sustainable forest management is the fundamental principle and goal of management of ecological forests,and the theories of near_to_nature forestry,forest ecosystem management and ecological forestry are technical measures for sustainable management of ecological forests.Moreover,sustainable management of ecological forests could be realized by means of forestland planning,production of multiple forest products,silvicultural measures,ecological conservation,public interests,organizational and institutional insurance,criteria and indicators for sustainable management as well as scientific supports.
