| 摘 要： | 我国农电发展经历了由小到大、由慢到快、由落后到先进、由城乡分割到初步走向城乡统筹的过程。经过几十年来的发展，特别是1998年国务院做出“两改一同价”的决定以后，农电发展取得巨大的成就。随着我国农村经济社会发展和统筹城乡政策的落实，农电发展、政策、规划和管理将发生重要变化。

| Abstract: | Rural Power has developed quickly in China, getting stronger, faster, more advanced growing from urban-rural segmentation to overall development. After several decades of development, Rural Power has made great achievements after the decision of ＂the reform of the management system of agricultural power, the transformation of rural power grids, and the implementation of the same electricity price in urban and rural,＂ made by the State Council in 1998. As China＇ s rural economic and social development and the implementation of the policy of overall development, the development, policy, planning and management of rural power will change significantly. |
