| 摘 要： | 文章以无锡新区为例,提出在高新区“二次创业”转型提升阶段,应坚持文化建设与经济发展相协调,使文化建设成为新区社会全面健康持续发展的动力源和推进器。按照建设“人文新区”的目标来确定自己的文化战略,进一步促进新区文化建设。
