| 摘 要： | 社会经济的发展对高等教育和专业人才的培养提出了新的要求。文章分析了目前工商管理专业人才培养中存在的问题,并从培养目标、理论课程体系、实践教学体系、素质拓展体系等方面对该专业本科人才培养模式的创新进行了探讨。
