论建立海峡两岸军事安全互信机制的基础与途径

中国在两岸关系和平发展时期,两岸领导人都力图抓住机遇,寻求建立两岸军事安全互信机制。但由于两岸在建立军事安全互信机制的概念、理论体系、基础和途径等方面存在不同看法,也由于外国势力的介入和干扰,使得该问题具有了本不应有的复杂性。本文旨在通过对两岸军事安全互信机制的概念、基础和途径的探索,从基本理论上厘清建立符合中华民族整体利益和国家基本利益的两岸军事安全互信机制,并力图寻求两岸建立军事安全互信机制的可能性。

The leaders of mainland China and Taiwan of China are trying to grasp opportunities and build a mutual trust mechanism of military safety in this peaceful period.Different in concept,theory,basis and channel as well as the interference from abroad,the two sides face a complicated situation.The paper discusses the concept,theory,basis and channel of building this mutual trust mechanism of military safety as well as its possibility,and expounds its goal for the basic interest of the Chinese nation.
