“人的全面发展”与新世纪合格大学生的培养

人的全面发展是"建设社会主义新社会的本质要求".本文回顾了在这一问题上经典作家的观点,概括其内涵的三个层次知、情、意、体等自然素质;人的合目的性的活动;丰富而完整的社会性.提出目前大学在培养"全面发展的人"等方面应注意处理好三个关系传授知识、培育情感、锻炼意志、增强体验的关系;传授书本知识和促进学生参加社会实践锻炼的关系;培养学生成人与成才的关系.

The All-round Development of Individuals and the Education of Qualified Students in the New Century

After reviewing all the past opinions upon the theory that "The all-ro und development of individuals is the basic requirement of building socialism", we believe that this theory has three meanings: the natural elements of knowledg e, emotions, consciousness and body, the activity of human beings, the colorful and perfect social characteristics. We suggest that to guide the students in the direction of all-round development, three layers of relationship should be cons idered: the one among the teaching of knowledge, the cultivation of emotions, th e training of will and the strengthening of practice; the one between the teachi ng of textbooks and the training of social practice; the one between educating t he students to be grown-ups and be useful to our society.
