| 摘 要： | 地缘政治学是一种动态发展的理论,受政治、经济、文化和科学技术等因素的影响。随着全球化的发展,中国新地缘政治应运而生,中国新地缘政治以和平、发展、合作方针为旗帜,以日益强大的综合国力为后盾,坚定不移地走和平发展的道路,推行独立自主的和平外交政策,坚持互利共赢的开放战略,其目标是同各国一起努力共同创建一个和谐世界。构建和谐亚太是中国实行新地缘政治的关键一环,包括四个基本面,四个方位战略。
