落后地区农村道德建设新机制探索

本文以川西平原和川东山区的农民为主要调查对象,笔者在调查了当前落后地区农村道德状况后认为,促进落后地区农村道德建设的首要任务是构建一种有效推进落后地区农村道德建设的新机制。具体地讲,就是要及时根据形势的变化制订一个包括教育培养机制、舆论引导机制、管理机制、奖罚机制、考评机制等五个方面的,具有针对性、科学性、可操作性和激励约束力的道德建设新机制。

STUDY OF NEW MECHANISM FOR RURAL MORALITY CONSTRUCTION IN LAGGING REGIONS

This study is based on farmers of Sichuan western plain region and eastern mountain region. After investigating current rural morality condition in lagging regions, the author thinks that the first task promoting in rural morality construction lagging regions is to set up valid new mechanism. This mechanism is, on time according to the system and tradition of politics, economy, culture...etc. of our country, to establish a morality construction mechanism with aim, science, maneuverability and encouraging control ling force,including education fostering mechanism, public opinion leading mechanism, managing mechanism, prizing and punishing mechanism,testing mechanism.
