| 摘 要： | 面对西方的冲击,近代中国对西方的制度模仿经历了始为"中体西用"、后则"全盘西化"的两个错误极端,而日本则走了一条结合本国实情、避开先进国已走过的弯路、做到近代化而不同化的近代化成功道路。对制度模仿的不同态度和做法,导致了截然不同的近代化结果。

| Abstract: | China's institutional imitation in modernization according to west had experienced two extremenesses, first being "China's root and western using", then being "thoroughly occidental", while Japan had gone another successful modernization way in which they combined the modernization with their local situation, avoiding repeating crooked road which had been gone by advanced countries and trying to realize modernization without assimilation. |
