| 摘 要： | 加入WTO,对我国农业有一系列机遇和挑战。抓住机遇,迎接挑战的关键是发展农业高新技术。目前,我国发展农业高新技术存在着资金不足,技术体系发展不均衡,供需脱节等制约因素。因此,加强对发展农业高新技术重要性的宣传,完善高新技术的投入机制、开发机制,促进高新技术产业化,是我们的必然选择。

The key to grasp the opportunity and greet the challenges is to develop agvicultural high-tech. Our necessary choices are to publicize the importance of the high-tech, to perfect the input mechanism of high-tech, and to develop the industralization of hihg-tech. |
