| 摘 要： | 重新武装联邦德国是二战后一个极为敏感的问题。虽然重新武装联邦德国的过程一波三折,但最终在大西洋框架内建立起了西欧联盟,实现了重新武装联邦德国的目的。更为重要的是,在西欧及大西洋联盟内法德之间实现了初步和解,从而奠定了西欧早期一体化的前提基础。

| Abstract: | It was a very serious problem on the rearmament of The Federal Republic of Germany after the Second World War.Although the course of rearmament was ambivalent in many countries,the Western Union was set up within the Atlantic Alliance,and the rearmament of the Federal Republic of Germany was implemented in the end.Furthermore,it was more important for Germany and France to achieve the reconciliation in the Alliance,and it came the necessary basis of the early integration in Western Europe. |
