| Abstract: | The calculation of BOQ is a necessary and important composition coneeming the reforms as well as the improvement of prlce-project of management mechanism. Comparing to the conventional way, the BOQ priciag method is comparatively new. In the bidding process, the products-constructing buyers and the sellers bid freely according to the demand-supply situations and the information conditions as well. |
