| 摘 要： | 研究性教学回应了时代对教育的需求,具有重要的教学价值和发展价值。结合房地产课程教学特点,在建构主义学习理论的指导下,探讨研究性教学理论、信息技术与房地产课程的整合与重构,有针对性地提出房地产课程研究性教学的模式和策略。在网络环境下,依据知识类型、教学目标及学习者特征等因素,选择和实施问题探讨及课题研究教学模式与策略,是提高房地产课程教学质量的有效途径。
