| 摘 要： | 教学是高等医学院校的中心工作，加强师资队伍建设是提高教学质量的关键所在，是树立教学中心地位、实现学校人才培养目标的基础和保证。对现阶段高等医学院校师资队伍建设存在的主要问题进行分析，结合辽宁医学院加强师资队算建设哆具体实践，提出以教学为中心、加强高等医学院校师资队伍建设的建议和措施。

| Abstract: | Teaching acts as central work in higher medical coUeges. Enhancing the construction of teachers＇ procession is the key of promoting teaching quality and the basic and guarantee of setting up central position of teaching and achieving talent target. The essay analyzes the main problems of the construction of teachers＇ procession in higher medical college at present, and combining with Liaoning Medical University＇s practice, it puts forward some suggests and measures that teaching should become central work and the construction of teachers＇ procession should be enhanced in higher medical colleges. |
